SMS consent is collected through an unchecked, optional checkbox on our Sell Your Land form. Consent is never a condition of any purchase, sale, or service. If you consent, we send recurring messages about the property inquiry you submitted: confirmations, follow-up questions, scheduling, and offer updates. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and is never sold or shared with lead generators. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data-sharing categories in this Privacy Policy and will not be shared with any third parties. SMS consent is used only to respond to and follow up on the property inquiry you submitted, and is shared only with the service providers that deliver those messages on our behalf, such as our customer relationship management system and our messaging provider.
