Our Service

Land Kings LLC purchases land directly from owners. When you submit a property inquiry, we review the property and respond with an offer, a request for more information, or a pass. Submitting an inquiry creates no obligation for you or for us, and does not form a contract to buy or sell.

SMS Text Messaging

If you check the SMS consent box on our Sell Your Land form, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Land Kings LLC about the property inquiry you submitted.

• What we send: confirmation that we received your inquiry, follow-up questions about the property, scheduling messages, and updates on your offer.
• Message frequency: varies based on your inquiry and our conversation with you.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. Land Kings LLC does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier may.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You may also opt out by emailing offers@landkings.biz.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email offers@landkings.biz.
• Consent is optional. It is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or service. If you do not consent, we will contact you by phone and email instead.
• Carriers: supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your SMS consent and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties.

Accuracy of Information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the authority to discuss the sale of the property you describe. We rely on that information when preparing an offer.
